I am absolutly obbsessed with Vogue's new editorial in the September issue!

I went on my usual bikeride journey to winners and starbucks today and found some wonderful new halloween decor inside homesense. Well the decor was more kitchen stuff but still wonderful! There were adorable little skull and bones wine charms i'll be going back for, and little silver skull placecards, bottle stoppers, and salt and pepper shakers. Also some great halloweeney kitchen towels, and so much more!
I haven't yet popped into the walmart near the winners on one of my journeys and i made a quick decision to go check out the halloween decor inside today aswell. They have an entire section in the back stocked with the usual tacky, cheaply made, but o-so overpriced halloween decor. But as i was leaving the September issue of Vogue caught my eye and i decided to flip through it. What I found was the most wonderful edorial I have ever seen! Into The Wild it is called and was photographed by Mert & Marcus. It was so perfectly me in every way i almost bought the magazine just for this editorial! The Automn setting was the perfect thing to put a smile on my face durring my recent obbsession and craving for october and halloween. The frankenstein's bride grey hair and blood red lips makes me think how that would be the exact thing i would do for my photoshoot if i ever became a photographer. And the fairytale theme with all the red clothes (my favorite colour) and the creepy wolf head replacing the mans head reminds me again of how that is definitely what i would choose if i were a photographer!!

p.s. my favorite is the very first photo you see with the wolf man where she's wearing the red blazer

Margaret in the 50s

This is a picture of my grandmama and her cousin in a photobooth in th 50s. Shes about 15 and omg isn't she gorgeous? I "stole" this and many other pictures like this from my grandmama on our annual vist to montreal this summer. I don't have scanner so i had to take a picture of the picture on the grass in my backyard

In the beginning

Well, here it is. The very first post
I guess it's kindof exciting! Not a very good start, but decent, yes.
I don't really know when I'll be getting around to actually posting pictures and other such things
and I can tell you know, that the pictures i post that I take myself
woin't be very good because I don't have a snazy camera like every blogger should have, I just have my trusty blue Cannon Elph that takes decent, but not professional pictures.
I've just started to pick up on fashion and stop being so lazy
I've always loved fashion, just never completely followed through with it for some reason. but know because of this blog and my own personal choice, i will be dressing in style and documenting it. But just to forwarn you, it probably won't be that great
seeing as i'm a beginner on a tight budget.
